If you do come across this when you check your blog ping history, this is caused by autopinger being unable to read your rss/atom feed. Why? Some of the blog template default your rss feed as a relative path like "/rss/feed" instead of "http://yourblog.com/rss/feed/". This is important as autopinger needs to read your rss feed in order to determine if you have updated your blog.
Therefore, when you add a new blog to autopinger, you can select to enter your full path of the rss/atom feed to ensure autopinger is able to access it.
Hope this helps :-)
