Added FeedBlitz

We have made some changes to the ping services as they fall below 10% which is basically not responsive. We have decided to remove "Fresh Podcast" for podcast ping and "RubHub" for blog ping. On the other hand, we have added a new service which came along when someone emailed me about this service. "FeedBlitz" which is a rss email reader was added to our list of ping services. It is not really responsive at the moment after testing but we will give it a try. So guys, ping on!
